Delete Your Account

Delete your Tawhid account and the data attached to it — no app needed

Deletion is not immediate. Once you confirm, your account is hidden straight away and permanently deleted 30 days later.

Signing in again before then cancels it and brings everything back, exactly as it was.

Request deletion

Enter the email address you sign in with. We will send a confirmation link to that address — nothing happens to any account until the link is opened.

Signed in on your phone? You can also delete your account from Profile → Delete Account in the app.

After the 30 days, we permanently delete:

your profile — name, email, password and photo;
your Ummah posts, answers, comments and reactions;
your cloud backup — prayer history, dhikr and tasbih counts, adhkar and khatam progress, bookmarks and notes;
your support conversations and any images in them;
your notification registrations and referral records.

Anonymous statistics that cannot be traced back to you may remain, as may moderation records of reports made about you. Everything else goes.

A few things worth knowing:

Data on your device stays there. Uninstall the app to clear it — we cannot remove it remotely.
A paid subscription is not cancelled by this. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play, or it keeps renewing.
Export anything you want to keep before the 30 days are up. After that it cannot be recovered.
